Cathy, a 53 year old female from Thorhild, Alberta, Canada asks on November 19, 2002,
Q:How can we manually assist the freezing process of the ground. Temperatures have been above normally warm in the mid-northern part of Alberta, preventing the freeze down of muskeg and tundra. Dragging tires across it with snow cats is supposed to help. Is this true? Is there another method?
