If you found this answer useful, please considerTry Bowes and Church, the definitive guide to food and it's nutritional components. You can also find this in most libraries. It's very useful, and a great investment. Online there's a good chart at What's Cooking America. Many such charts are now available online, as are calorie counting apps for smartphones such as MyFitnessPal, which can scan barcodes on purchased food items and return the nutritional content of the product.
