How come on a warm clear day clouds form at night?

Isaac DeSouza, Physicist, Richmond Hill, Ontario answered on March 28, 2003, A:

Clouds are condensed water particles. During a warm day, the air in which the water particles are suspended is too warm to allow the water particles to condense to form clouds but when the night becomes cooler, the air cools down and this allows the water particles to cool enough to condense and form the clouds that you see.
