Q:

Looking for pictures of Tranquility base or any of the other lunar landing spots on the moon taken from earths observatory. Or are they visible from earth?

A quick google image search at iimages.google.com yielded John French's moon photos page at the Michigan State University planetarium. Moon picture number 18 shows what it looks like from Earth and by clicking on the words "Apollo" 17 you can see a detail of the Tranquility landing site.
