What chemical or chemicals that can desolve a strong concrete structure, and what is its mixture if any and also how it is used?

David Harrington answered on March 26, 2004, A:

Concentrated hydrochloric acid (sold in hardware stores as muriatic acid) will dissolve it, but slowly. Wear gloves and a respirator; it's nasty sfuff.
