I read in books that bees cannot identify the colour white. Then what will the bees see instead of white colour?

Barry Shell answered on December 11, 2006, A:

According to Mark Winston, bee expert at Simon Fraser University, "Bees see colour in the ultraviolet ranges, and instead of white see the ultraviolet range that white presents." So that would be shades of blue and purple.

There are many websites that can be found by doing a simple google search using terms like "bee vision". Here is a link to a website with tons of images that show what flowers look like to a bee.
