Somewhere between 1 and 4 Litres. There is a good discussion of this at The Physics Factbook, an encyclopedia of scientific essays written by students.
How much acid is produced by the stomach every day?
Answer: About 2 to 3 litres of it are secreted into the stomach daily by about 35 million glands distributed throughout the stomach wall.
