Saturn is about 1400 million kilometers away from Earth. Radio waves travel at about the speed of light. Light travels at 300,000 kilometers per second. So all you do is divide 1,400,000,000 by 300,000 and you get 4,667 seconds or 77.78 minutes, or one hour and about 18 minutes.
