- Many practicing scientists divide their time between research, teaching and writing about their research, usually in the form of scientific papers to be published in special magazines.
- Personally, I studied organic chemistry, but a lot of other things too. I was in college for 7 years.
- One of the greatest difficulties scientists face today is that they must make their research seem to fit a corporate agenda. That means that they have to show that what they are doing will make a profit. This is not the way to discover something really unique.
